Bernard Jackson

Project Support - Exhibition


Bernard Jackson is an American fashion designer, philanthropist, and artist. Bernard has led the brand as the Founder and Principal Designer since its inception in 2017. Since then, his garments have been seen on the Grammys and BET Music Awards red carpets. He has partnered with Spelman College and Morehouse College as Director of Costuming for many events since 2019. In 2020, his work was shown on the main stage of the DreamHack Gaming Conference in Los Angeles, California, in collaboration with Nintendo and Sony. Jackson's work recently expanded to Kigali, Rwanda, as he stepped into the Global Costume Atelier Director role for the Mashirika Performing Arts and Media Company and the Ubumuntu Arts Festival. His expertise in fashion exhibition research contributed to the traveling fashion exhibition Clothes Story, which has been seen across Georgia and will soon travel throughout the country. His philanthropic efforts can be attributed to item donations for the Fulton County Arts and Culture Dance Week, Atlanta Opera, and the Center for Puppetry Arts galas, as well as mentorship and internship opportunities extended to students at the collegiate level attending Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, and the Savannah College of Art and Design.
