Community Messaging
One of the unique features of the A&E Atlanta programming is the opportunity to engage the creative community in public messaging. The result is a community benefit that is twofold: Arts & Entertainment Atlanta provides timely public service announcements while showcasing and supporting the work of local artists.
Over the past year, the district messaging supported COVID-19 testing information, featured uplifting community messaging from local artists and the Atlanta Downtown Improvement District and served as a platform to our current social justice movement.
Signs featured art messaging by Atlanta artists RLand Pray for Atlanta – Wash for Atlanta and Sarah Price Separate Together. More recently, tributes to Congressman John Lewis and Reverend Dr. C.T. Vivian were displayed on district digital signs.
The collaboration with artists for community messaging is a core element of the A&E Atlanta.
